Mario has been cooking at Rivi for several years and his new role as Sous Chef is a great fit! Mario was born and raised in Indy attending

Arlington High School and then the Ivy Tech Culinary School. Mario is a proud members of the BBQ Club and has participated in well-known events like April in Paris, Mayor’s Breakfast, and Dig In Indy.

At Rivi, Mario plans to bring his incredible knowledge of BBQ and banquet events to broaden our palettes and food options.
