We are modifying our processing of Guest Pass purchases for Group Fitness Classes. Previously, the instructor was responsible for tracking guests and collecting payments, in addition to tracking attendance of Rivi Members, and subsequently turning all documents in to the office.
Now, guests will purchase passes at our Front Desks, show their pass to the instructor who will only need to mark off the session. This is simpler for the instructors and allows us to better track Group Fitness attendance, payments and encourage guests to join the Club.
