Kids Yoga

TUESDAYS | 4:30p-5:10p

This fun yoga class will keep little yogis active and entertained. Certified Yoga Instructor, Elementary School Teacher, and Young mom Sheila Roberts will lead 8-12 year-olds through traditional Vinyasa flow intertwined with games to improve focus, attention, anxiety, management, flexibility, and mobility.

Like other group fitness classes, this one is free to members. And, of course you can bring a guest for $5.

Kids Sports Camp

In an energetic environment, participants (age 3-5) are introduced to the basic fundamentals of swimming and sports while having fun! Swimming, soccer, tennis, basketball, and more are included in this fun-filled opportunity!   Children wear swim attire and pack a change of clothes, a snack and a drink.   Members $175   Guests $205

Speed Camp


Speed and agility sessions are for athletes in any sport. Will teach proper movement in every direction.

Great for court or field sports or if you just want to be a better mover!

Athletic Development

MONDAYS | 6:45-7:45p
SATURDAYS | 9:00-10:00a

Athletic development session will be smaller groups (6-8 athletes). Middle School and High School athletes welcome. Will work on proper movement techniques, reaction time drills and sport specific movements.

Price: $240 for both days; $120 for one day
