Membership Application Process and Orientation Meeting Information:

1. A new member orientation meeting will take place after becoming a Riviera Club member. The meeting will be held one of two ways; meetings are scheduled one-on-one with a Membership Orientation Committee member or group meetings will be set once or twice a month to accommodate all new applicants. New members are required to attend after all of the paperwork, including the sponsor forms, have been received by the club office. You will be contacted by a member of the Membership Orientation Committee to work out a convenient Orientation date for the meeting, or you will receive, by e-mail or telephone, dates of upcoming group orientation meetings. All adult applicants (18 and over) are requested to attend an orientation session.

2. Upon receipt of your completed paperwork and payment, your membership cards will be issued as well as a receipt. These permanent cards will be released from expiration once Orientation is attended. Please be sure that all members bring their card each time any member (babies included!) plan to make use of The Riviera Club facilities. A barcode scanner is located at the entrances. Please scan your card for admittance to the club.

3. Your sponsor is welcome to accompany you to the Membership Orientation meeting which is a short, friendly, informal session. Please check with your sponsor prior to your orientation to see if they have sent the filled-out and signed Sponsorship Form to The Riviera Office. All sponsor forms must be received before your membership can be permanent. If you have not been referred by a sponsor, The Riviera Club staff or Membership Committee Member may assign a sponsor for you. A sponsor is not required if you previously were a Riviera Club member or if you join through Prime Fitness with your employer.

4. Your application will be acted upon by the Membership Orientation Committee after the orientation meeting and verification that all paperwork has been received. Your membership tags will then be valid for the duration of your membership to the club. Membership tags will only be reissued if broken or lost and will not be reissued annually.

We look forward to meeting with you, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Rivi office at 255-5471.
