Facility Rental

Riviera Club Members receive a 50% discount on all listed space prices.  Please note maximum capacities.  Note that alcoholic beverages are permitted on the second floor of the Clubhouse only.  All prices include set up and take down, except as noted.

 

Clubhouse

 

Ballroom – Our premier space.  Second floor of Clubhouse, accessible by stairs or elevator.  Wooden dance floor, raised stage and carpeted porch overlooking pool. 

Approximately 5,600 sq. ft.Maximum capacity 300 persons. 
May be combined with East Dining Room and King Room for additional capacity.

 

            Three hours or less (including set up and take down) - $1000.00

            Three hours or more (including set up and take down) - $1500.00

 

East Dining Room – Off the Ballroom to the South.  Carpeted floor overlooking pool. 

Approximately 1,360 sq. ft.Maximum capacity 75 persons.

 

            Three hours or less (including set up and take down) - $400.00

            Three hours or more (including set up and take down) - $600.00

 

King Room – Off Ballroom to the north.  Small, carpeted meeting room overlooking pool. 

Approximately 230 sq. ft. | Maximum capacity 20 persons.

 

            Three hours or less (including set up and take down) - $25.00

            Three hours or more (including set up and take down) - $50.00

 

Makin Lounge – Comfortable lounge for informal events or receptions on second floor of Clubhouse. 
Approximately 970 sq. ft.Maximum capacity 50 persons.

 

            Three hours or less (including set up and take down) - $200.00

            Three hours or more (including set up and take down) - $300.00

 

Ballroom Package– Includes all second floor public spaces: Ballroom, East Dining Room, King Room and Makin Lounge.  Our premier space package.  Second floor of Clubhouse, accessible by stairs or elevator.  Wooden dance floor, raised stage and carpeted porch overlooking pool. 

Approximately 8,400 sq. ft.Maximum capacity 400 persons. 

 

            Three hours or less (including set up and take down) - $1500.00

            Three hours or more (including set up and take down) - $2200.00

 

Recreation Building

 

Children’s Swimming Party – Enjoy our indoor pools.  Times must be cleared with Master Schedule.  Lifeguard(s) included as necessary.  No charge for adult chaperones.

 

            Up to 10 children - $65.00

            11 to 20 children - $85.00

 

Gymnasium – Basketball, volleyball, soccer and other fun games.  Times must be cleared with Master Schedule.  

Approximately 3900 sq. ft.  |  Maximum capacity 75 persons.

 

            During business hours - $45.00 per hour

            After business hours - $85.00 per hour

 

Recreation Building – Swimming in the pools, basketball, volleyball, soccer and other fun games in the gym.  After hours only!  Lifeguard(s) required for swimming at an additional change of $25.00 per lifeguard per hour.  Note that minors under 18 years are not allowed in the Recreation Building lower level. 

Maximum capacity 100 persons.

 

            After business hours - $100.00 per hour

 

Outdoor Space (seasonal)

 

Shelter House – Our lovely shelter overlooking White River.  Grills and tables included.  Power available. Easy access to our playground.

 

            Up to three hours - $100.00

 

Outdoor Pool – The Crown Jewel at The Riviera Club!  After business hours only for private parties.  Lifeguard(s) required for swimming at an additional change of $25.00 per lifeguard per hour.  Our Pool Manager will determine how many lifeguards will be required based on size of party. 

Maximum capacity 750 persons.

 

            Up to 100 persons - $300.00 per hour plus lifeguard fees (minimum of two hours)

            101 to 300 persons - $500.00 per hour plus lifeguard fees (minimum of two hours)

            301 to 750 persons - $750.00 per hour plus lifeguard fees (minimum of two hours)
