Executive Chef Daniel Nicholas, along with his fantastic culinary team, are excited to bring inspired cuisine to the Riviera Club. He is joined by his sous chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Davina Gaskine, CPC. Davina is a certified chef specializing in Pastry and brings a plethora of skills to Rivi.

Our upstairs facilities overlook the outdoor pools and host Thursday Night Dinner buffets, our Taste of Rivi Festival, Karate lessons, Irish Dance rehearsals and other special dining events. Our cuisine is always specially prepared by an in-house culinary team. From comfort foods to more elegant fare, Rivi offers the finest for all seasons.

Some of our regular dining events include:

Social Luncheons –  Occur the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:30-1:00pm. Come for a light lunch and camaraderie.

Thursday Night Dinners – Occur year round in the Dining Room from 5:00-7:30pm, except for during summer months.  Make it a weekly family event and enjoy a wonderful meal with your family and friends. Meals include various entrees paired with side items, dessert, coffee, tea and lemonade. Visit our events page to see the menus for each week.

Thursday Night Cookouts – During the summer months our Thursday Night Dinners move poolside from 5:00-7:30pm so you can enjoy a delicious dinner without the hassle of leaving the pool on a hot summer evening.

Specialty Dinners –  Such as Beer, Wine or Holiday Meals are hosted at various times throughout the year.

The Riviera Club is a great place to host special events.  Members and guests alike can use the facilities and enjoy everything from a small get-together, a poolside birthday party or a wedding reception.
