Are you ready for the new Rivi Era? Was this just a slogan or is it real? It is beginning to become a reality! In 2004, the Club was faced with closure, now two years later, the Club is open, the Bank is increasing our credit line, and the critical infrastructure has been fixed, and finally, visible renovation of the existing facilities has begun. We have “opened” the Board of Directors to new and, yes, younger members, of the Club. We have completed Market Surveys, and developed Master Plans for the various futures of the Club. Most of you have stayed loyal to the Rivi family, in spite of the increase in dues and assessments and the results are beginning to show. We have finally fixed the pool filters. A Winning Combination!
The Riviera Club's Community
Partnership Program continues to flourish
with fourteen sponsoring organizations.
The club's first check presentation came at
the Meridian Kessler Neighborhood
Association's (MKNA) annual business
breakfast held at Rivi on October 30,
2006. The Riviera Club presented
MKNA with a $1,000 check to represent
the 10 new members directly from the
MKNA with more members to follow.
The Riviera Club is proud to make
these presentations to our partners as
we continue to look at ways to better all
CPP organizations.

Remember the true meaning of the holiday. Whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukah or Kwanza, it’s holiday time again. This can be both most joyful and the most stressful time of year. A little planning ahead and talking with your spouse, family and friends can make all the difference.
